The product editor
Product by product in the WordPress admin. Simple at first, exhausting as soon as you need to create variations, upload images and fill in SEO tags for every product.
File import
A spreadsheet to prepare in the right format and columns to map. Efficient for large volumes, but a single format error can make a whole batch fail.
Publishing through the REST API
You enter or import your products in ListoMax, then the software creates them in WooCommerce through the official REST API, with a status per product and per store.
ListoMax is Windows software, not a WordPress plugin: nothing to install on your site, no extra plugin weighing down your admin. It uses the WooCommerce REST API v3, with a key you create in three minutes.
What ListoMax creates in your WooCommerce store
The complete product
Name, short and long descriptions, price, scheduled sale price, stock, weight, dimensions, EAN, tags. Up to eight languages prepared in the same form.
Images in the Media Library
Uploaded in full resolution (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, up to 8 MB). The first one becomes the main product image, the others form the gallery.
Categories and their parents
Loaded from the store at the click of a button. A product placed in a subcategory is also linked to its parents. A category that does not exist yet is created at publishing time.
Variations
Enter the attributes (colour, size, material…) and ListoMax generates every combination. The product becomes a variable product and each variation gets its own SKU, price, stock and EAN code.
Tax class
Tax rates are read from your store. If the requested one does not exist, publishing is refused with a message that names the missing rate and lists the existing ones.
SEO
Meta title and meta description per language with a length gauge, slug generated from the name, and a Google preview before sending.
Connect WooCommerce to ListoMax
Open the REST API settings
In WordPress, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.
Add a Read/Write key
Click Add key, enter “ListoMax” as the description, select an administrator user and set the permissions to Read/Write. A read-only key cannot create products.
Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
The Secret is shown only once: copy it straight away. In ListoMax, on the CMS Connections page, choose WooCommerce, paste your site URL and both values, then test.

Import WooCommerce products from a CSV or Excel file
Your supplier file, published row by row to WordPress.
Recognised columns
Name per language, SKU, price, sale price, quantity, weight, EAN, category, tags, descriptions, images and SEO tags are mapped automatically.
Preview before sending
Recognised columns appear in green, and the first six rows are shown in a table. You check everything before launching anything.
Numbered errors
Every failure is listed with its row number and reason. An option lets you carry on despite errors, so one bad row doesn't block the whole batch.

Your questions, answered
Is ListoMax a WordPress plugin?
No. It is Windows software installed on your PC. It creates products through the official WooCommerce REST API: no plugin is added to your site.
Do I need special permissions in WooCommerce?
An API key with Read/Write permissions, linked to an administrator account. A read-only key cannot create products.
Are WooCommerce variations supported?
Yes. The product becomes a variable product and each combination is created as a variation, with its own SKU, price, stock and EAN code.
Can I publish to WooCommerce and PrestaShop at the same time?
Yes. Tick the destination stores and the same listing goes to both in a single operation.
I lost my Consumer Secret. What should I do?
WooCommerce only shows it once. Revoke the key, create a new one and paste the new values into ListoMax.
